1. Agreement to Terms

By using BizSmpl’s website, services, or platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Overview of Services

BizSmpl provides automation tools and business services, including:

AI-powered text and call-back automation

Appointment scheduling

Review requests

Invoicing and CRM tools

Website and ad campaign management

Third-party platform integrations

All services are delivered using a customized white-labeled version of the GoHighLevel platform.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business and contact information.

You confirm you have the authority to represent your business

You agree not to misuse or reverse-engineer any part of our platform

You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with laws in your region and industry.

4. Communications (SMS, Email, Phone)

By submitting your business and contact info, you consent to receive:

SMS messages

Phone calls (including AI callback automation)

Emails from BizSmpl or its systems

Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting support.

5. Use of AI

Some services include automation powered by AI (artificial intelligence). By using BizSmpl, you acknowledge that:

AI tools may be used to generate responses or actions

These are built to reflect your brand and communication style

BizSmpl reviews core workflows but is not liable for individual message content unless explicitly managed under your plan

6. Third-Party Integrations

BizSmpl integrates with platforms such as:

Stripe (for invoicing/payments)

Google Business & Calendar

Facebook/Meta AdsOther trusted vendors

Use of these tools is subject to their terms and privacy policies. You authorize us to connect and manage these integrations on your behalf.

7. Service Expectations

We aim to deliver automation and business tools that reduce workload and increase efficiency. We do not guarantee specific results such as lead generation, revenue increases, or review volume.

8. Payment & Cancellations

Payments are based on the tier and scope discussed and agreed to in your demo.

All plans are month-to-month unless otherwise specified (i.e. - annual subscription).

Cancellation of services will be billed to the end of the service period - No refunds given for cancellation of services during service period (i.e. - service period month-end/annual service period end). Access to software after cancellation will maintain to the end of the billable service period.

9. Intellectual Property

Any automation, workflows, content, or materials created by BizSmpl are the intellectual property of BizSmpl unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified via email or platform alerts when significant changes are made.
